About the position

The Account Onboarding Specialist is responsible for processing new dealer applications for various products, ensuring a quick turnaround time while maintaining high standards of communication and attention to detail. This role requires proficiency in multiple systems and the ability to represent the company professionally, both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process all new dealer applications for various products, such as DIRECTV, Frontier, and AT&T.
• Verify the validity of the Certificate of Insurance.
• Communicate all Dealer onboarding status to Dealer and DSI Team.
• Provide accurate and detailed reporting on various programs.
• Possess the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Strong professionalism with a proven track record.
• A dynamic, highly-motivated individual with integrity and passion for succeeding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
