About the position

The Account Operations Specialist II serves as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues related to vehicle accounts, ranging from simple to complex. This role involves collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service, maintain client relationships, and ensure the timely completion of vehicle reconditioning services. The specialist is responsible for coordinating vehicle sales processes, conducting audits, and educating clients on auction processes while adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments.
• Examine vehicles in the sales lineup to ensure quality standards and complete estimates for reconditioning services.
• Conduct condition report and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses.
• Educate clients on auction processes and recommend Manheim/CAI products and services.
• Demonstrate effective prioritization skills and professionalism in client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with PII policies and deliver exceptional customer service during redemptions.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards regarding reconditioning services and client SLA guidelines.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following health procedures and participating in safety activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry required.
• Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning or general auto body knowledge required.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record is required.
• Physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
