About the position
Gordon Food Service is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This candidate processes customer / Vendor account details. Perform detailed account reconciliations. Provides exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Functions as the central point of contact for specific and/or more complex account reconciliations. Provides exceptional and accurate internal and external customer service.
- Audits and prepares information or reports to substantiate account reconciliations and balances.
- Enters customer/ vendor account information timely and accurately.
- Contributes to Departmental Goals by meeting/exceeding individual goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned and specific to individual roles/responsibilities.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- An Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Exceptional math skills for financial reconciliations.
- Customer service and relationship building.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SAP a plus.
