About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, accounts receivable, and experience in human resources. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued. The role involves processing accounts and incoming payments accurately, performing day-to-day financial transactions, and preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits. You will also be responsible for reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted, as well as investigating and resolving any discrepancies or irregularities. Additionally, you will generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. In the human resources aspect of the role, you will interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, collaborating with managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings. You will also attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
