About the position

The Account Relationship Manager (ARM) for Payers & ACOs is a fully remote role focused on building and maintaining relationships with medical insurance providers and accountable care organizations. The ARM serves as a key liaison, ensuring that clients leverage MyHealth's services to enhance data-driven decision-making and care coordination. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare data quality, reporting, and value-based care initiatives, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Payers and ACOs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data quality, healthcare analytics, and value-based care programs.
  • Act as the liaison between Payer/ACO clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of MyHealth products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data quality and reporting standards for Payers and ACOs.
  • Track key performance metrics and client engagement to improve care coordination and quality reporting.
  • Regularly communicate updates and initiatives to Payer and ACO leadership.
  • Assist in resolving data-related issues or escalations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with or within Payers, ACOs, or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including claims data and quality measures.
  • Familiarity with claims data and All Payer Claims Databases.
  • Experience working with Healthcare Information Exchanges (HIEs) or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage senior leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with care management tools and healthcare analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing contracts with Payers and ACOs.
  • Understanding of population health initiatives and quality measure reporting.
