As an Account Representative I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in supporting small business owners who utilize our 401(k) plan administration services. In this role, you will effectively manage and prioritize a queue of cases, ensuring timely responses within predefined deadlines. A deep understanding of retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, is essential. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with your team and department. Guiding clients through internal processes and assisting them in navigating multiple systems will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will thoroughly examine and analyze client-submitted documents to ensure maximum precision and accuracy. Your role will also involve providing support to clients and team members regarding complex retirement plan matters, contributing to various department initiatives, and going above and beyond to handle any additional tasks that arise.
