Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly bad debt performance plans.
• Gather information from consumers to open charge accounts in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations.
• Review and understand consumer credit reports to provide accurate information on approved limits authorized by store management.
• Collect personal transaction information and maintain data accuracy and security in accordance with the company's consumer privacy policy.
• Accept payments or advances on established consumer credit accounts.
• Maintain professional attire, demeanor, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required; additional language skills a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State authority.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
