About the position

ServiceMaster by Twins is seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to oversee and enhance our daily operations across multiple locations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and meet operational KPIs. The ideal candidate will thrive in our dynamic environment, effectively manage teams, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. As an Account Representative, you will lead and motivate the operational team, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee production, procurement, and planning of daily operations, implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Conducting onsite evaluations for compliance, safety, and quality will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as managing vendor relationships and approving expenses and purchases for direct reports. You will coordinate with sales management to fulfill customer commitments and support the sales process, review operational and compliance metrics, manage internal assets, and improve financial performance through budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, you will supervise and support office personnel, technicians, and claims coordinators, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and providing training for new initiatives and technology launches.

Responsibilities

  • Review operational and compliance metrics, manage internal assets, and improve financial performance through budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supervise and support office personnel, technicians, and claims coordinators.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and provide training for new initiatives and technology launches.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an Account Representative, Sales Manager, Operations Manager or similar role with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and handle physical demands of the job.
