  • Utilize Salesforce CRM for daily business management.
  • Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
  • Oversee managed inventory tasks to enhance customer understanding and increase sales.
  • Develop account penetration strategies and conduct regular business reviews with essential customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and customer planning.
  • Ability to travel to each customer within the aligned market at least once per month.
  • Process discipline to align planning goals with pipeline development.
  • Ability to uncover customer objections and determine appropriate solutions.
  • High School diploma or GED.
