About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) at Red Bull is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. The ASM's primary goal is to increase product sales and enhance the placement of product displays in various retail formats. This role involves upselling inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of Red Bull products at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and seek ways to increase sales.
  • Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Perform outside sales functions and other tasks as assigned.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
  • Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and merchandising components.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and branding standards.
  • Increase inventory and diversity of products at each assigned account while delivering fresh product.
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
