About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. This role focuses on increasing product sales and enhancing the placement of product displays in various retail environments, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outside sales of product inventory on assigned routes.
  • Increase product sales and placement of product displays at off-premise stores.
  • Upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays.
  • Service all customers in a safe and productive manner according to company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of retail environments and product placement.
