About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) at Red Bull is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. The ASM's primary goal is to increase product sales and enhance product placement at various retail locations, ensuring compliance with Red Bull's executional standards. This role involves upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of Red Bull products at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Perform outside sales functions as required.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
  • Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and merchandising components.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and in-store branding.
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices with peers.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
