About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. This role focuses on increasing product sales and enhancing product displays at various retail locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for the sale of Red Bull products at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Perform outside sales functions as required.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
  • Meet monthly sales goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and merchandising components.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and display according to standards.
  • Increase inventory and diversity of products at assigned accounts and improve in-store branding.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
