About the position

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and brand distribution for Keurig Dr Pepper products in the McMinnville area. This role focuses on up-selling, fulfillment, and merchandising, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to retain and penetrate both small and large format customers. The position involves direct interaction with retail stores to promote and sell popular beverage brands, while maintaining high standards of product availability and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and distribution.
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products and promotions.
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales.
  • Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections and displays.
  • Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated sections.
  • Assist in the sale and placement of vendors in chain store accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensure adequate back stock in each account for product availability.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or sales position with accountability for sales targets.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license.
