About the position

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the Oviedo/East Orlando area. This role focuses on up-selling, fulfillment, and merchandising, ensuring that both small and large format customers are effectively serviced. The position requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships and executing promotional strategies to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and share growth.
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, and displays.
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales.
  • Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections and displays according to company standards.
  • Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated beverage sections.
  • Assist in the sale and placement of vendors in chain store accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including promotional activity and competitive sales.
  • Ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Experience in merchandising and executing promotional displays.

  • Experience with beverage brands or similar product categories.
