About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) at Red Bull is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. The ASM's primary goal is to increase product sales and enhance the placement of product displays in various retail environments. This role involves servicing customers in accordance with Red Bull's executional standards and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all Red Bull equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outside sales of product inventory on assigned routes.
  • Increase product sales and placement of product displays at off-premise stores.
  • Upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays.
  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts to increase sales.
  • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions.
  • Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising components.
  • Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and branding.
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
