About the position
As an Account Services Administrator, you will ensure that franchisee accounts are maintained at company standards, monitoring compliance with franchise agreements regarding payment of accounts owed. You will be responsible for weekly reports and checks to ensure system accuracy. High levels of customer service and following up with franchisees is essential for this position. Winmark Corporation is a premier, nationally recognized franchisor of over 1300 resale retail stores in North America, including Once Upon A Child, Plato's Closet, Play It Again Sports, Music Go Round and Style Encore.
Responsibilities
- Ensure franchisee accounts are maintained at company standards
- Monitor compliance with franchise agreements regarding payment of accounts owed
- Prepare weekly reports and checks to ensure system accuracy
- Provide high levels of customer service and follow up with franchisees
Requirements
- Associates degree in business or accounting preferred or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required, with collections experience desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization skills
- Superior written and verbal communications including tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with A/R accounting systems preferred
