Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
• Define and solve ambiguous business problems through research and assessment.
• Communicate and evaluate solution options to facilitate client decision-making.
• Demonstrate connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping.
• Build and present customized solutions focused on Salesforce products to various customer personas.
• Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture related to Salesforce solutions.
• Lead cross-functional solution guides aligned with opportunity strategies.
• Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain necessary knowledge.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.

• Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
