About the position

Landa is seeking an experienced Account Success Manager to drive press performance and work with customers to optimize production workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for customer productivity while working closely with different functions to drive faster and better outcomes for the customer. The Account Success Manager will take ownership of customer success and satisfaction for the managed accounts, ensuring that customers are fully utilizing their Landa Nanographic Press. This involves working closely with customers to improve their overall level of utilization of the press and assisting them in selecting the best work and production methods suited to the press, with the objective of increasing the volume of pages produced. The role is critical in delivering the Landa promise by ensuring that the value proposition of applications, quality, and productivity is met. As the focal point for Landa in front of the customer, the Account Success Manager will build trust and provide transparency on project progress. This position requires matrix management of Landa's onsite field service engineers and a remote cross-functional team, including Tech Support, R&D, and Logistics. Clear and accurate communication is essential to achieve faster and better outcomes for the customer. Additionally, the Account Success Manager will support pre-sales activities in the region, such as demonstrations and sample handling, to showcase the capabilities of Landa's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of customer success and satisfaction for the managed accounts
  • Work closely with Landa customers to improve the overall level of utilization of a Landa Nanographic Press
  • Assist the customer in the selection of work and production best suited to the press to build the volume of pages produced
  • Ensure the Landa promise by delivering the value proposition (applications, quality, and productivity)
  • Guide the customer as they ramp up the new press and develop its use throughout the PLC
  • Act as Landa's focal point in front of the customer, building trust and providing transparency on project progress
  • Matrix management of Landa's onsite field service engineers and remote cross-functional team, including Tech Support, R&D, and Logistics
  • Facilitate clear and accurate communication to achieve faster and better outcomes for the customer
  • Support with pre-sales activities in the region, such as demonstrations and sample handling

Requirements

  • Residence or willing to relocate to Illinois, Ohio, or Wisconsin
  • Ability to travel 50+% of the time
  • Experience with E2E printing production environment, with an in-depth understanding of the production floor
  • Detailed understanding of customer applications
  • Service & Account Management experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Capability to work in a complex environment with multiple external and internal stakeholders (customer, service, business)
  • Ability to work in a governance model with multiple functions to achieve success
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Capability to build a long-term relationship with the customer
  • This job requires United States work authorization
  • Valid Driving License
