About the position

The Account Success Manager at Peak Performance Group is a pivotal role focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver on client objectives.
  • Analyze account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and recommendations for client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales consulting, or client success roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Experience in the sales, marketing, or telecommunications industries is a plus.
