About the position

The Account Supervisor at HSS Hospitality Staffing Solutions serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring that client expectations are met while driving account growth. This role involves strategic thinking, relationship management, and team leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and manage staffing needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing needs and concerns.
• Manage timelines to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards.
• Maintain budget and process employee payroll, billing, and invoicing.
• Develop recruiting plans and network to fill open staffing needs.
• Oversee the completion and accuracy of new hire documentation and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for growth through upselling or cross-selling services.
• Conduct safety trainings and address employee concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of experience in staffing or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics for decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with digital marketing and job board platforms.
• Avionte experience is a plus.
