This position is pivotal in developing media strategies, pitching stories, and educating colleagues on earned media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of client storytelling in earned media.
• Secure media coverage and strengthen media savviness of account teams and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media contacts.
• Educate colleagues on earned media best practices and the changing media landscape.
• Identify media opportunities for clients based on insider knowledge of the media landscape.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience at an agency or in-house, primarily in business media.
• Proven track record of securing interviews for executives and delivering media coverage.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to make clear presentations to clients and senior leaders.
• Ability to conceptualize media-worthy stories and weigh in on what is considered 'mediable'.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage different client projects and internal priorities.
