About the position

The Account Supervisor - Loyalty Engagement will play a crucial role in managing and executing loyalty marketing campaigns for automotive clients. This position involves collaboration with various teams to strategize, plan, and implement marketing initiatives that leverage email, text, gamification, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for automotive clients, overseeing loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on project proposal development and lead program kickoffs.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Partner with project management to create detailed timelines and ensure timely task completion.
  • Work with legal teams to develop game rules and ensure compliance for marketing programs.
  • Manage program budgets, create purchase orders, and oversee client billing processes.
  • Review marketing programs to ensure creative assets are complete and user experiences function as intended.
  • Validate client-requested changes with external creative agencies and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on loyalty trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to translate insights into program enhancements and optimizations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing, project management, or consulting experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, and public).
  • Effective critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in client management and translating needs into strategic solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude for issue identification and collaborative solution development.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience presenting to client management preferred.
  • Experience with a loyalty program and the auto industry is highly preferred.
