About the position

The Account Supervisor at Inizio Evoke plays a crucial role in supporting the account team with the coordination and execution of digital campaigns for West Coast clients. This remote position requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations, and managing client communications and finances.

Responsibilities

• Manage client status reports and meetings
• Support a variety of integrated campaigns across digital scope
• Lead project execution through agency and client processes, collaborating with creative, martech, and operations teams
• Complete project intake with the client, asking the right questions to set the agency up for success
• Write project briefs and review manuscripts and layouts for creative and compliance standards
• Review content and creative to ensure alignment with client goals and standards
• Participate in strategy and planning meetings with the account lead
• Internally project manage in Workfront until content is marketing approved
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Manage daily finances within the SOW

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience in integrated digital campaigns
• Attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Ability to work independently in a virtual-based model
