About the position

The Account Supervisor at IW Group is responsible for leading high-profile PR and marketing accounts with a focus on multicultural engagement, particularly with Asian/Pacific Islander communities. This role involves overseeing strategy, managing client relationships, and guiding a dedicated team to execute impactful campaigns that connect brands with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated team for multiple brands, driving strategic brand objectives through impactful campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Manage and oversee client expectations, identify growth opportunities, and champion agency-client success.
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team culture across strategy, creative, production, PR, and activation.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions, participating actively in strategy reviews and client presentations.
  • Manage dynamic accounts, including retail and integrated brand campaigns.
  • Set clear objectives for direct reports and oversee workflow to optimize productivity.
  • Guide team development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that supports cross-disciplinary excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing, managerial role.
  • Strong client relations skills and a commitment to authentic relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and editing communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills with an ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Passion for and understanding of multicultural communities, with a focus on Asian/Pacific Islander engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, MS Office, and basic digital tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multicultural marketing, particularly engaging Asian/Pacific Islander audiences.
  • Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin/Fujian) or Vietnamese.
