About the position

The Account Supervisor at VML is responsible for managing and supporting multiple district teams while fostering growth with clients in the US market. This remote-flexible role requires strong client relationship management, internal team leadership, and the ability to identify new revenue opportunities. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful creative work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Leadership to translate clients' vision into actionable roadmaps that achieve goals.
• Oversee day-to-day client communications as the point person for an account manager.
• Manage, inspire, and motivate project teams, reviewing deliverables and providing strategic oversight.
• Drive profitability within teams and develop new best practices for service offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency with at least 3 years of client-facing experience.
• Client leadership experience preferred, especially with global clients in marketing communications.
• Proven ability to negotiate Statements of Work and contracts, effectively forecasting and scoping work.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Internet initiatives, branding, or business analysis.
• Strong communication skills for delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on strategic and brand integrity.
