About the position

The Account Supervisor at Masterworks is responsible for developing and executing integrated campaign strategies for clients, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves regular communication with clients regarding campaign strategies and budgets, as well as maintaining a deep understanding of clients' industries and consumer profiles. The Account Supervisor also oversees direct reports, providing coaching and support for their professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong integrated campaign strategies for clients.
  • Manage the execution of campaign strategies throughout the lifecycle.
  • Balance campaign quality and budgets while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients about campaign strategy and budget.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients' industries, consumer profiles, and competitors.
  • Ensure creative assets are received prior to campaign initiation.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze results to determine impact.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign outcomes.
  • Manage out of scope requests and campaign budgets.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients at mid-level management.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure brand strategy is maintained.
  • Effectively present and defend agency campaign work to clients.
  • Manage campaign profitability and budget reallocations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a marketing agency setting.
  • Non-profit fundraising experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of agency capabilities and offerings.
  • Skilled in developing client proposals and SOWs.
  • Skilled in developing program/campaign goals and benchmarking.
  • Experience managing clients through complex projects.
  • Skilled in program/campaign financial management and analysis.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans and budgets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in growing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership for client objectives.
