About the position

The Account Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the account team with the coordination and execution of digital campaigns for West Coast clients. This remote position requires effective communication, project management, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all campaigns meet client goals and adhere to compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client status reports and meetings
• Support a variety of integrated campaigns across digital scope
• Lead project execution through agency and client processes, collaborating with creative, martech, and operations teams
• Complete project intake with the client, asking the right questions to set the agency up for success
• Write project briefs and review manuscripts and layouts for compliance with creative and pharmaceutical advertising standards
• Review content and creative to ensure alignment with client goals and standards
• Participate in strategy and planning meetings with the account lead
• Internally project manage in Workfront until content is Marketing approved
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
• Manage daily finances within the SOW

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience in account management or related field
• Integrated digital experience
• Attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Ability to work independently in a virtual-based model
