Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader for synthesizing business and industry insights to manage high-impact customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with global teams to gather information on customers and anticipate their business challenges.
  • Set overall business and technical strategy for customer accounts and identify opportunities to pursue.
  • Articulate how Microsoft technology will meet future business needs and enable long-term growth for customers.
  • Drive customer technology engagement through thought leadership and regular briefings to executive stakeholders.
  • Establish best practices for account planning and align with consumption goals to inform objectives.
  • Create and drive opportunities based on industry best practices and develop a plan to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Build collaborative visions with customers to leverage AI and Industrial Metaverse technologies.
  • Contribute to the creation of long-term technological and business roadmaps for strategic accounts.
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft's product landscape to address customer needs and drive impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and effective application.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 16+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
  • 6+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
  • 7+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.
