About the position

The Accountability and Recovery Court Coordinator is responsible for managing a full caseload of clients within the Accountability and Recovery Court system. This role involves case management, client referrals, and ensuring compliance with court orders, while serving as a liaison to various agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a full caseload of Accountability and Recovery Court clients.
  • Perform case management and process client referrals.
  • Coordinate referrals for assessments and other services.
  • Conduct intake interviews and assist with drug screenings.
  • Lead team during court staff meetings and provide reports to the court.
  • Ensure compliance with court orders and maintain detailed client records.
  • Prepare written reports and provide oral information at multi-disciplinary staff meetings.
  • Enter detailed client data in a program system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized copies of court judgments and calendars in manual files.
  • Serve as a liaison to agency partners such as probation officers and treatment providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional office experience managing human service or criminal justice clients.
