Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and maintain financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
