About the position

Affordable Auto Glass is seeking a full-time Accountant / Bookkeeper to maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the company, providing support in both accounting and administrative tasks within a family-minded work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
• Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
• Answer phones and assist with inventory management.
• Support the executive team with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency with QuickBooks/Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
