Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards, and corporate performance.
• Research, gather, and analyze data to determine the appropriate salary level and job title for normalizing officer wages and job positions.
• Conduct market pricing, assisting in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpreting salary data, financial modeling, and special research projects.
• Develop report and proposal writing as it relates to describing and summarizing project objectives, methodologies, analysis, and results, as well as proofing for accuracy.
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of tax, audit, finance, or similar experience.
• Commitment to excellence, honesty, and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills that include the ability to prioritize correctly, stay on task, and complete by agreed date.
• Superior customer service skills, including prompt response to customer requests and understanding how to de-stress a situation.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
