About the position

The Accountant position at Cube Hub Inc. involves maintaining general accounting processes and systems, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and supporting audit processes. This role is crucial for the month-end close and requires collaboration with various departments to resolve accounting issues related to COGS, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general accounting processes and systems.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close and accounting transactions.
• Reconcile and resolve P&L and balance sheet ledger accounts.
• Prepare analysis and schedules for management and auditors.
• Assist in the maintenance of general accounting subsystems.
• Identify and resolve problems within COGS, Inventory & Manufacturing.
• Assist in data extraction and analysis for SAP implementation projects.

Requirements

• 1 year of accounting experience required.
• 1 year of balance sheet reconciliation experience required.
• 1 year of general ledger accounting experience preferred.
• 1 year of general ledger reconciliation experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience with Cost of Goods Sold preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Oracle R12 preferred.
• Experience with Blackline and SAP S4 Hana a plus.
