Responsibilities

  • Assist in running and managing daily accounting reports to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support Senior Accountants in preparing for year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze and organize financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory management efforts in line with industry standards.
  • Perform various clerical tasks to support day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Utilize accounting software systems effectively to manage accounting entries and account reconciliation.
  • Employ Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV to facilitate efficient data processing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ERP solutions and account analysis.

Requirements

  • Must possess knowledge of Accounting Software Systems used in the aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with Account Coding and Accounting Entries is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document management is required.
  • Experience with Dynamics NAV and other ERP Solutions will be advantageous.
  • Ability to perform Account Analysis and Account Reconciliation is necessary.
  • Understanding of Accounting Functions within the aerospace industry is crucial.
  • Capability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently.
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and technologies.
  • Must adhere to professional ethics and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.
