Responsibilities
- Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries monthly
- Help with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Carry out alternate duties and take part in special projects as assigned
- Perform data entry
- Aid in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
- Investigate and fix account discrepancies
Requirements
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Ability to code invoices
- Experience entering approved invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
