Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry tasks efficiently
  • Handle accounts receivable duties, including entering cash receipts, responding to emails and phone calls, and running reports
  • Perform accounts payable tasks such as processing purchase orders and invoicing
  • Utilize accounting software systems to perform various accounting functions and entries
  • Conduct account coding and account analysis as needed
  • Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reports
  • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team and assist in other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Account Coding
  • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
  • Ability to perform Account Analysis
  • Knowledge of Accounting Entries and Accounting Functions
  • Experience in Account Reconciliation
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and legislation.
