About the position

We are seeking a qualified Accountant/Office Manager with CPA experience to work directly with clients in central El Paso. This role involves managing accounting operations in a fast-paced environment, requiring competitive individuals who are eager to succeed in the accounting field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and office management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
  • Supervise the team and all office operations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support corporate finance activities
  • Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft, Sage, and other tools for financial management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and management role
  • Bilingual
  • Office management experience
  • Proficiency in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Experience in account analysis, reconciliation, and financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
