Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Handle property tax and sales tax compliance and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct independent research on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
• Participate in special projects, including system conversions and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• CPA or MBA qualification is required.
• Strong experience in month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in complex accounting regulations and reporting, including 10Q, 10K, and FFIEC reports.
• Background in organizations with revenue over $400MM, ideally closer to $800M.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ERP tools and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
