About the position

The Senior Treasury Accountant role at Kelly Services is designed for an experienced accounting professional to manage treasury operations within a dynamic finance team. This position involves overseeing cash flow management, vendor payments, and banking relationships, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role is pivotal in supporting the company's financial operations and decision-making processes through detailed reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily uploads of bank statements across 4 banks and forecasting cash flow.
• Managing vendor payments, rent, intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 for lease agreements and cars.
• Overseeing store, office, and corporate apartment rent using SAP RE.
• Supervising corporate credit card processes, including inquiries, activation, and payments.
• Working directly with banks to issue Letters of Credit and handle deposits.
• Assisting with monthly closing activities and supporting tax and reconciliation tasks alongside the Senior Accountant.
• Ensuring seamless tenant allowance processing.
• Preparing detailed financial reports for management to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, with a solid understanding of treasury management.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tagetik is a plus.
• Meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing complex financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
