About the position
This is a great opportunity to expand your experience with a fast-paced accounting team. Village Plumbing Air and Electric is seeking a Degreed Accountant to initially handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Over time, you will be cross-trained in Payroll, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, and other Accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable
- Handle Accounts Receivable
- Cross-train in Payroll
- Perform Journal Entries
- Conduct Account Reconciliation
- Assist with other Accounting functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite with excellent Excel skills
Nice-to-haves
- Paylocity and Intacct experience a big plus
- Service Titan experience a Huge plus
