About the position

Cennox is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. This full-time role is integral to the financial operations of a rapidly growing international company. The Accountant will leverage their advanced knowledge and skills to support the accounting staff, focusing on multi-entity accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong accounting background, capable of handling various accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain general ledger, and prepare month-end close procedures.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present results.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' accounting related experience required.
• Four-year degree in accounting or related field required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Oracle Cloud/Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Great Plains experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter and team player skilled in multi-tasking.
