• Publish branch financial reports timely and accurately in accordance with GAAP.
• Provide clear and helpful guidance on financial matters to operations personnel.
• Review financial statements and provide feedback regarding trends and patterns.
• Pursue professional development to stay updated on current trends in accounting and finance.
• Understand processes and suggest changes to improve business success.
• Contribute to the successful completion of annual audits and other audits as needed.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-haves

• CPA certification or progress towards certification.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
