Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and related transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus but not required.
