About the position

Our client is hiring 3 Accountants to manage various financial responsibilities including preparation of monthly journals, general ledger oversight, and audit responses. The role involves reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and creating tax and regulatory filings, while providing guidance on cost accounting issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and advanced MS Excel skills, and will be able to interact effectively with both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly journals for billing, general ledger oversight, and audit responses.
• Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Preparation of financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flows.
• Creation of tax and regulatory filings.
• Providing guidance on cost accounting issues.
• Effective interaction with internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Experience with Sage Intacct (1 year required).
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced MS Excel skills.
