Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Banking and Cash Management
- G/L Account Reconciliations
- Credit Management
- Payroll for states of WA & OR
- Tax Filings including payroll, sales & use, excise and property taxes
- Benefit Administration
- Backup for A/P, A/R, Invoicing & Payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Business
- Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in Accounting
- Experience processing in-house payroll
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks (including payroll)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in cost accounting for manufacturing
