About the position

The Accounting Administrator at Twenty Four 7 Global Solutions will serve as a vital support to the Controller, managing day-to-day general accounting activities. This role encompasses responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, cost analysis, month-end reconciliation, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate financial operations within the company. The position requires on-site presence in Carson, CA.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into SAGE, verify pricing, and communicate shipping requirements to the warehouse.
• Generate invoices for sales orders and verify vendor invoices for payment approval.
• Ensure all accounts payable and receivable transactions are reconciled and entered into SAGE.
• Process invoices associated with receipts of goods and maintain accurate inventory data in SAGE.
• Coordinate with warehouse managers for monthly inventory physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process daily EDI/Web Order imports into SAGE and report technical issues as needed.
• Generate daily/monthly open order reports and prepare sales and inventory reports for the team.
• Assist the Controller with month-end closing procedures, including entering invoices and employee expenses.
• Issue RMAs to customers for shipping issues and work with the Customer Care Manager to process them.
• Provide administrative support for website pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Support the Controller with special projects and cross-train with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/Accounting Systems; Sage 100 experience preferred.
