Responsibilities

• Manage and lead engagements providing internal audits for various projects including Enterprise Risk Management and SOX Compliance.
• Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the organization's assets and success.
• Analyze budgets and time summaries for planning and billing purposes, leading billing activities and ensuring realization goals are met.
• Oversee practice economics including production, realization, billing, and collection.
• Satisfy internal reporting requirements and delegate work to consultants, maintaining team morale.
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to staff career development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA Designation preferred.
• 5+ years of recent experience in an audit practice or the ERS practice of a public accounting firm or technical consulting.

Nice-to-haves
