Responsibilities

• Managing and leading engagements by providing internal audits for various engagements, including Enterprise Risk Management and SOX Compliance.
• Identifying and analyzing areas of potential risk to the organization's assets and success.
• Analyzing budgets and time summaries for planning and billing purposes; leading billing activities and ensuring realization goals are met.
• Working within budgetary and time constraints while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Responsible for practice economics including production, realization, billing, and collection.
• Satisfying internal reporting requirements and managing the work of consultants in practice.
• Conducting performance reviews and contributing to feedback for staff; following up on staff career development objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA Designation is preferred.
• 5+ years of recent experience in an audit practice or the ERS practice of a public accounting firm or technical consulting.
