About the position
Armada Hoffler's 8-week Summer Internship Program runs from June 2, 2025 through July 25, 2025, and is designed to develop, teach, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students as they explore career opportunities within the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries. Students will be given the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to hands-on project focused tasks in various departments throughout the organization. The internship will cover areas such as Accounting and Finance, where the accounting department consists of Portfolio Accounting, Construction Project Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit. The Finance department is responsible for the forecast and planning process which can include financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university (having completed freshman year).
- Recommended majors include, but are not limited to, Real Estate, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Construction Management, Engineering.
- Must be able to work full-time from June 2, 2025 - July 25, 2025.
- Selected applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check to include academic record and verification of education, criminal history, and any other records or information related to the candidate's suitability for the position.
